Account Manager

We are hiring an energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Account Manager at St Laurn Hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities for Account Manager:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients
  • Conducting sales calls and site visits to promote the hotel’s facilities and services
  • Negotiating contracts and rates with clients
  • Coordinating with various departments within the hotel to ensure client needs are met, including the sales team, operations, and catering staff
  • Generating and analyzing sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to increase the hotel’s visibility and attract new business
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and services
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the hotel.
