We are hiring an energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Account Manager at St Laurn Hotel.
Duties and Responsibilities for Account Manager:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, including travel agencies, event planners, and corporate clients
- Conducting sales calls and site visits to promote the hotel’s facilities and services
- Negotiating contracts and rates with clients
- Coordinating with various departments within the hotel to ensure client needs are met, including the sales team, operations, and catering staff
- Generating and analyzing sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to increase the hotel’s visibility and attract new business
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or account management in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed by the hotel.
