We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and support at the hotel’s front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage guest reservations, including room bookings, cancellations, and modifications, utilizing the hotel’s reservation system.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established procedures and protocols.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records of guest interactions, payments, and other relevant information.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and hospitality standards.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and hotel management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest transactions and information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
