Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Provide training, guidance, and support to staff to maintain Momo Delights’ high standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked. Implement cost control and efficiency measures.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and health regulations. Ensure the restaurant meets all legal and licensing requirements.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and profit and loss statements. Work towards achieving financial goals, sales targets, and profitability.
- Brand Representation: Uphold and promote Momo Delights’ brand image, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and customer experience.
- Innovation & Growth: Drive initiatives to enhance the dining experience, introduce new products, and manage promotions or events that align with the brand’s vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
