We are hiring an energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Project Manager at CBRE Group Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities of Project Manager:

  1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  2. Develop and execute project plans, including defining project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  5. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to the project team and stakeholders, and addressing any concerns or questions.
  6. Prepare and present project reports, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, to senior management and clients.
  7. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and CBRE Group Inc’s standards, policies, and procedures.
  8. Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  9. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project goals.
  10. Facilitate project closure activities, including lessons learned sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, construction management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  4. Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
  8. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
