We are hiring an energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Project Manager at CBRE Group Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities of Project Manager:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to the project team and stakeholders, and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Prepare and present project reports, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and CBRE Group Inc’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate project closure activities, including lessons learned sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
