We Zingbus India’s leading and Largest Online Ac Bus Booking Platform is hiring dynamic, energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

-Language: Proficiency in Telugu or Kannada is a must

-You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of
our business. Build and run operational processes and support with process
automation
– Own metrics like NPS, trip performance & fleet management.
– Own end to end planning and execution of measures to provide high standards of
customer experience including QC of fleets.
– Ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for
continuous improvement in hub operations. Take big picture ideas and break them
into actionable steps.
– Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams in order to
successfully contribute to the long-term growth of the business
– We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be
challenging, and this should be a strength.

Experience & Skills Required

● 2+ years of experience in Operations/ Supply Chain / Strategy / Automotive
experience
● Excellent academic track record with mi
● Consistent track record of being a respected operational problem solver
● Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong
analytical thinking and experimentation
● Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences;
ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans
● Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
● Excellent communication and organisation skills
